SOMUM provides you with powerful APIs in JSON-REST and XML formats. This allows you to customize your message deliveries (individual or batch) as well as your contact lists.
After each delivery, you can retrieve a detailed status via Webhook (an automated link that sends the results to your system as soon as they are ready) or via an API request. You will then receive accurate information such as call duration, keys pressed by the recipient, SMS replies, and clicks on links sent by email.
