Each PAIR organization is a local player dedicated to prevention and supporting its citizens.
If a registered person does not respond to their automated call, the system triggers a safety protocol: a PAIR support worker contacts the person directly or a trusted relative. If necessary, assistance is quickly organized.

The PAIR Program is offered free of charge to subscribers when it is supported by a partner organization in their region. Whether it is free depends on where you live and the availability of the service in your area.
Every day, at an agreed time, the registered person receives an automated call. All they have to do is answer and press a key to confirm that everything is OK. If there is no answer, a verification protocol is triggered.
The system will try to reach you up to three times. If you still do not answer, a PAIR Companion will call you or contact your designated contact person. An intervention may be triggered if no one is able to reach you.
Yes, a family member, neighbor, or caregiver can register someone for the program, provided they have that person’s consent.
Of course. The time of the calls can be adjusted according to your preferences. You can also temporarily suspend the service during an absence (vacation, hospitalization, etc.).
Yes, absolutely. All your personal information is strictly protected and used only to ensure the proper functioning of the service. Only authorized persons have access to it, and all our staff have undergone background checks to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality.
